As a Patient Care . Renal Care, you will support dialysis treatments for patients with chronic and acute kidney disease in a compassionate, patient-first environment. Working alongside nurses and nephrologists, you will prepare treatment areas, set up and monitor dialysis machines, obtain vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with patient hygiene and mobility. You’ll document care in accordance with clinical standards, maintain infection control and safety protocols, and educate patients on treatment procedures.
