As a Patient Care . Renal Care, you will support dialysis treatments for patients with chronic kidney disease in a compassionate, patient-first environment. Working alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members, you’ll prepare treatment areas, set up and monitor dialysis equipment, obtain vital signs, and assist with patient care before, during, and after treatments. You’ll follow clinical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, ensure infection control and safety standards, and provide respectful, reassuring support that reflects our culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning.
