As a Patient Care . Renal Care, you will support dialysis treatments for patients with chronic kidney disease in a compassionate, patient-first environment. Working alongside nurses and nephrologists, you’ll prepare and monitor dialysis equipment, obtain and record vital signs, assist with patient care activities, maintain clean and safe treatment areas, and document care accurately. You’ll contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, respect, and continuous learning while helping improve quality of life for patients receiving life-sustaining renal therapy.
